Pursuant to certain requirements adopted under FCC 13-113 and effective on February 11, 2014, all INTERSTATE INMATE CALLING RATES shall be capped and charged as follows: $0.21 per minute for debit and pre-paid calls, and $0.25 per minute for collect calls.
All in-state rates - including Local, IntraLATA, and InterLATA calls - are regulated under state level jurisdiction. For detailed information about the rates and fees assessed on in-state inmate calls and services per state, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-318-746-1114.

Circuit stayed—took effect on March 17, 2016 for all ICS calls from prisons, and will take effect on June 20, 2016 for all ICS calls from jails (see chart below). Those same effective dates also apply to the rates for ICS calls involving TTY devices, the rule governing the treatment of taxes and fees, the rule prohibiting per-call or per-connection charges, the rule prohibiting flat-rate calling, and the rules governing minimum and maximum calling account balances.
